We look at how to create a recognition and rewards programme that inspires employees to realise the organisation’s mission and reinforce strategic objectives. Course structure

This is a bite-sized 90-minute virtual session to provide guidance on how to maintain brand performance through constant recognition and reward of talent.

It will cover:

  • Build trust across your organisation with clear, transparent communication.
  • Link employee recognition and reward to brand purpose and values.
  • Enable peer to peer recognition to celebrate excellence at every level of the organisation’s hierarchy.
  • Create a performance culture of continuous recognition with meaningful rewards for achievement.
