Employee Engagement – The Bottom Line

Online , United Kingdom

Government commissioned ‘McLeod Report’ ‘Engaging for Success’ which studied a cross-section of organisations.
The work was extended in 2011 with the creation of a Government backed Employee Engagement Task Force chaired by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke, the report’s authors.
Join us on Thursday 19 January 2023, 1-2pm in this exciting webinar where David MacLeod OBE, co-chair of the Engage for Success movement will discuss briefly why employee engagement has never been more important and how you can engage employees before answering your questions.
In the McLeod report four enablers were identified for successful employee engagement. The report has led to the Engage for Success movement, which includes a range of free resources, case studies and learning opportunities dedicated to engaging employees successfully in the workplace.
