Harnessing your strengths

Veronica Swindale, nesma MD, spoke to Lynsey Martinez MCIM, a recent Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing graduate. She started her training with JGA Group, where she completed the Marketing Manager L6 Apprenticeship. This gave her an exemption, so she only needed to complete two modules instead of three, which she did with distinctions.

Key Highlights of the New CIM Syllabus

Starting in September, all new learners with nesma will begin on one of the new CIM Syllabus pathways. So it's a good time to share why the team thinks CIM qualifications should remain at the top of your training and development agenda for marketing and communication skills.

Crisis Communication Skills Matter – Even Without a Crisis!

Veronica Swindale, nesma MD, asked Amanda about the transformative power of continuous professional development and why Crisis Communications skills can empower you to navigate crisis situations effectively.

5 New CIM Commendations

Receiving Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Commendations is a great honour as they recognise the outstanding quality of a CIM study centre. nesma is thrilled to announce that our team has received five additional commendations from the CIM! This prestigious recognition is a testament to our commitment to excellence, and we must congratulate all our fantastic students and talented tutor team for making this achievement possible.

Future proof your marketing training

The future of marketing training is dynamic and exciting, shaped by emerging technologies, evolving consumer behaviours, and the need for adaptable skill sets. Here, Veronica and Paul share their top five observations on how nesma has evolved to ensure its teaching and delivery continues to meet the needs of practitioners today.

The NEW CIM Syllabus at a glance!

Let us help you understand the New CIM Syllabus! There are some great new modules and pathways to follow to gain your accredited marketing qualifications. We are currently enrolling for a September start at all levels.

Can accredited qualifications impact your earnings?

CIM and CIPR qualifications undoubtedly enhance employability in the marketing and PR sectors, and they demonstrate specialised knowledge and commitment to the field. But can they impact your earnings?

Empower Your Communication Skills

After the latest set of CIPR results, which were an impressive 93.75% pass rate, we asked specialist nesma tutor Anne-Marie Lacey why staying up to date with training is crucial for anyone in PR, communications, or even business managers.

More CIM Commendations

Alongside Student Stories and Google reviews, CIM commendations provide important independent feedback to learners when they choose their CIM study centre. They recognise the excellent academic standards and hard work of all nesma's tutors and students, who have made this achievement possible. This is also reflected in our latest CIM pass rate of 98%.

Sharpening Strategic Leadership Skills

Chantelle Doughty, Head of Policy & Campaigns at Thirteen Group, graduated with distinction from the CIM Marketing Leadership Programme, a postgraduate-level qualification, as she wanted to gain a professional qualification at a more senior level and work towards Chartered status.

Impressive CIPR results

Each of our CIPR students has demonstrated exceptional skill, knowledge, and professionalism throughout their studies, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios with creativity and innovation to achieve an impressive 93.75% pass rate.
