On completion, you will understand the components of a strategic marketing plan which you can then utilise to develop your own strategies designed to meet the needs of your business as you go through the scale-up process.

Who can apply?
- Be based in Northumberland, North Tyneside, Newcastle, South Tyneside, Gateshead, Sunderland or Durham
- And: Be a registered company ideally trading for 3+ years
- Employ between 5-250 staff
- Have an annual turnover of less than £50m
