I teach on the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing.

My background

Over 30 years experience in regional media and local advertising agencies combined with 15 years as a freelance Marketing Consultant. I have taught CIM qualifications at all levels for over a decade and deliver marketing and management programmes for a range of FE and HE establishments including the University of Sunderland.

I am a Cub Leader and Training Advisor for Sunderland District Scouts. I enjoy reading, relaxing and watching the world for by from my caravan.

My particular skills and experience

I provide help and advice on all aspects of public relations, marketing and communications. I produce a wide range of written materials for both traditional and new media platforms; and deliver short, medium and long-term marketing plans for organisations.

Why I love my job!

Teaching is something that never ends. I’m still learning new strategies, ideas, and skills!
