You will learn how to create a Facebook Business profile, set up time saving template, and optimise your Facebook posts, and much more in between.

Session 2 – Optimising your Facebook Presence

Learn how to further optimise your profile with tabs, templates and automated messages, and also connecting other social media platforms to your Facebook page.

1. An introduction to Facebook for business

Facebook is the world’s most popular social media platform; with around 45 million people in the United Kingdom having a profile registered alone. This, along with the incredibly powerful free tools available to us on the platform, makes it an obvious space to look to promote your business, grow your following, and market your products or services.

Whether you want to or currently use Facebook for personal reasons, this isn’t a space that you can afford to ignore for your business in our increasingly digital world.

If you want to use Facebook for your business but don’t know where to start, then this session is perfect for you. Introducing the social media platform as a business tool, we’ll explore how you go about setting up and optimising a Business Page, before getting you started with building your online audience and looking to create those first pieces of content.

2. Optimising your Facebook presence 

If you have a Facebook Business presence but are wanting to ‘do more’ with it, then look no further! Identifying the ways in which you can further personalise your Facebook profile and integrate it with other marketing channels, we’ll consider how you can grow your understanding of the social media platform so that you can capture more leads and communicate more effectively with your online audience.

      • Creating automated messages on Facebook
      • Connecting Instagram & Whatsapp to your Page

3. Growing your Facebook Audience meaningfully

The one thing that people always want are “more followers”, but are you doing all you can with the ones that you have? In this session, you’ll be challenged to think about the ways in which you can develop a successful strategy to capture and hold the attention of your existing online audience, whilst finding new prospects through Facebook search and optimising your posts with hashtags, keywords, and other significant features.

We will cover :

      • The Facebook algorithm – connecting with your existing followers
      • Rethinking your Facebook content strategy (what to say and when to say it)
      • Optimising your Facebook posts
